It's best when he get's the ball stuck somewhere; I can practically hear the cogs turning in his head as he figures out how to get more treats out. I can also rely on him to research everywhere the ball has been and eat any missed bits of kibble. Although, there still might be crumbs in my shoes after this morning.

ReplyDeleteThat's one way to have him eat and entertained at the same time!
ReplyDeleteThat is a grand idea. We have one of those treat toys that Wyatt picks up and drops over and over until all the kibble falls out. He can empty that thing in about 60 seconds..LOL

Our dogs are on the raw so I can't feed them that way, but my sister got them each treat balls for Christmas, so every couple days or so I put some in the ball and let Delilah chase it around.
ReplyDeleteIndiana reminds me of her, she also picks the ball up, but I'm afraid she is going to chew it!
Oh how cute!

What a great idea, lots of entertainment and no boredom.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment on my blog, I know what you mean about that poor little dog - everytime I look at my comments and see her picture I flinch.
Hugs, Lynne x
